This place is amazing! Beautiful surroundings, great size apartments, a safe environment, and an easy-going process. The Fidelity staff are so patient and kind. They made me feel wanted in their community and I'm happy to live in a place they manage.

I moved into a spacious two bedroom townhouse at Latham Manor Apts in May. I am confidents I made the right decision in doing so. The townhouse layout is ideal/spacious and the location is convenient to almost everywhere I want to go. There is ample parking, my neighbors and friendly and the overall property is well maintained. Management and maintenance are quick to respond when I have reached out and skillfully resolved what few problems I have faced. It is so nice to have such a friendly and professional touch, in sharp contrast to what I have encountered with the larger ‘cookie cutter’ mamagement I encountered before moving here. I highly recommend these apartments and the staff who service the property.

Fidelity is fairly priced and very attentive for its renters. Their prices typically are based more on last renovation and appliances age which I like. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance they have responded quickly and are as polite as could be. The office staff is just the best and have ALWAYS gone out of their way to accommodate on showing times and helped me work through the renting process. I would highly recommend them to any student or professional looking for a landlord that doesn’t go out of their way to make your life worse.
